The Wonder of Orbs

Since I stumbled across Diana Cooper's information on orbs, I am starting to notice them everywhere and rightly so that they are getting the attention that they deserve.

These spheres of light are said to be spirits and Angels impressing themselves on photographs by allowing their frequency to be captured through infra-red. Skeptics will say that they are just a trickery of the light. But when I see pictures like this one here, I fail to see any possibly 'trickery' in the image.

During this special time on earth, orbs are becoming very important to our ascension. For one, we are able to see through digital photography, that more and more spirit beings are aiding us through the shift in this global consciousness. Many Angels and Unicorns are coming to us now to assist us in raising the energy of Gaia through 2012 and beyond, and they would love for us to see them!

Through welcoming them into our energy fields, we are giving them the invitation to shed love and light on us. Have a sift through your digital pictures and see if you notice any transparent spheres of light in them; they do also vary in colour! Diana Cooper's website has albums full and many people are sending them to her now for her to interpret who the energies belong to. When the Angels asked her to write a book about orbs, they put her through a number of tests, training her to recognise from each picture whether the orb was an Archangel, Angel of love, Unicorn, Fairy or a spirit of someone passing over.

By attuning to the image of an orb, we are attuning to the energy it holds. I watched a youtube clip of Diana Cooper, showing us the wonderful orange coloured orbs of Archangel Metatron, the Angel of our Stellar Gateway chakra (the twelfth chakra that connects us to Source) and the Angel of Spiritual Guidance and Soul-Path work. As I absorbed his wonderful light, I felt a tickle in my aura, just a few centemetres above my Crown chakra! Since then, I have taken extra effort to welcome him to me through meditation and a few white feathers have been given to me in my dreams...

...take note of these wonderful greetings from Spirit, they show us that we have an abundance of guidance and love on our path to Ascension.

Connecting to Life in the Woods

Today I received my pieces of tree wood in the post: Rowan, the tree of nature spirits and Lucombe Oak, the tree of creativity and ideas.

When taken as an essence, the Rowan is said to put us into a trance so that we can experience oneness with these wise and healing beings. Rowan wood works on our Crown chakra, drawing us closer to divine energy.

I bought these pieces of wind-felled wood from Green Man Essences, a wonderful place on the net dedicated to natural healing talismans, potions and tools. It was so hard to decide which pieces were right for me, I'd like to have them all eventually! But as I am in a place where I wish to draw out my creative expression and attune to nature spirits, the Lucombe Oak and Rowan pulled me towards them.

In a deep meditative state, I met the Rowan in the forest. I told him that I have been longing to attune to trees for quite some time. I wanted to see the energy of them so he told me to take a look at the rest of the forest. There were these beautiful bright purple beams of light stemming out across the forest - joining up every tree in this high frequency mass of this spiritual colour.

When I said that I wished to connect further with tree spirits so that I may hear them and consult them for healing and knowledge, the Rowan instructed me to stand facing him with my legs slightly apart and my arms stretched out in front of me so that my palms were facing his trunk. Then a stream of white light ran through him, up his trunk and out of the top of him, then it poured out into my crown and travelled through me and out of my palms and back into him.

I spent some time in this forest just listening out for any sounds; just birdsong and a few other whispers. I returned knowing that I had been given what I asked for; a deeper connection to the elemental realm, where I could give healing too if it was needed.

Another time, I shall go and meet the Lucombe Oak, perhaps in another forest. I look forward to hearing what he has to say...

The Elephant of My Heart

'The Elephant of My Heart' is a book about a journey that the author, Jessica Clements embarked upon at the age of nine. It was a very difficult time as she faced a frightening illness.

But in this time, she was greeted by the animal of her heart, her elephant. This elephant that represents the essence, energy and spirit of her heart took her on an adventure to find her other animals; to a place where they all could help her find the strength to heal.

This courageous and beautiful story truly struck warmth in the whole of my body, for it posed the question: what is the animal of my heart?

In times when a little courage, healing or love is needed, we can look into ourselves and greet our animals, who will give us what it is we need to cleanse our energy, rid ourselves of disease and stress.

Jessica Clements now works with people, using simple and relaxing techniques to get them to 'that door' to meet their wonderful and playful companions.

They are always waiting for us on the otherside of that door; we must visit as often as we can.

Not only is this book beautifully written, its imagery and its warm and playful narrative coaxes out that inner child warmth and playfulness in the reader. We reconnect to that child in us that is curious about the world and has the courage to find joy in all that is new to us.

I encourage all to meet their animals, for we live in them and them in us. The love that exists between us is nourishing to the soul in itself. Using Jessica's simple but very effective visualisation methods, we can learn to eliminate stress from our everyday lives in a matter of minutes.

I have had the privilege to meet her and work with her where she enabled myself and my sister, a very dear kindred indeed, to be taken on the very same magical journey she had, to meet our animals. Jessica's energy is full of love and light and these are the tools for her practice. I was elated after meeting my animals and certainly had a shift in my being, like murky energy had been dusted out of my heart...I am very excited to spend more time with Panda, Raccoon, Butterfly and Owl.
